I remember i watched it years ago and so i took a peek about its ln when i saw this in here. I was so surprised to see it has 31 vols and still continuing.
So, is it good? Can you spoil me abit and tell me how the story goes.

It's actually pretty good. Sure, it has a slow start that's similar to a stereotypical harem anime, but once you hit the 7th Volume, it gets better.

I mean, really, if a book was originally thought to be unsuccessful by the author (they planned it to be just 3 volumes just in case), but not only survived for 11 years, but also released 30+ volumes, it's got to be good.

Late-Arrival Spoiler: There's a time travel incident that explains the past that leads to the events in the present. To me, Volume 7.5 and 8.5 (the ones adapted into Drama CD) is probably the best arc.
And if you want further spoiler, let's just say the four factions (Humans, Folsarians, People of the Earth, and Forthorthians) might have a connection, and the 9 girls moreso.

Oh god, it's good, very very good. The time travel aspect is the best part in this novel. Even I was surprised before reading this, as I watched the anime, I thought it's just a simple supernatural harem anime, but it's not. The scale is getting bigger and bigger, and as time goes on, the girls and the MC transforms into family, that they supports each other, and the MC has a past that caused him to close his heart to others. The anime is nice, but that one is just a prologue to the whole thing, it's mostly just an introduction of the main characters and some factions. It's harem, but it's not a fast romance, most of the time, it shows how their relationship with each other developed.
