I know how you feel, because the same thing happened to me.  However, if you only wanted to play UBW, then all you need to do is skip through the text on the Fate path.  It would only take a few minutes.

Like Koutou said. Would be faster to either skip all through or simply type on google "Fate/Stay Night Complete Save" and usually the first or second links are the right ones.
Much faster than waiting for someone to upload a save or do it for you.
Good Example :
I only answers to you 3 hours later when I visit the forum and then get you the save in less than a minute.
... Though, It isn't actually fully completed which should be since it says 100% Dha Freak?
Now I feel like I have to do it. /go do it

EDIT : My bad, I didn't take the time to read the HF Thread. It's 100% Completed up to UBW only.

So confuse  so many thing to download, especially FSN Voice Patch readme file, make me more confuse, it ask for INSTALLER = = !!

Lucky finally figure it out, without download the installer.

instead of 'port', it's more like a rip.
with some bonus.
realta nua just has voices and no 18+ material.
and i believe there was something more or less add or removed. can't remember.

EDIT: BTW this one isn't new in anyway it's almost 5 years old.
and it's the reversal the original version is from pc with no voices.
that's why you can 'patch' the voices, but lack 'h' scenes voices.
