Battle Moon Wars is a PC-made series of Super deformed Tactical RPG games created by Dojin soft developer and publisher Werk.
The series has a basic similarity to the Super Robot Wars series and its Super deformed looks.
The game uses the crossover of Type-Moon's visual novel and anime series,
including Tsukihime and Fate/stay night with several original characters made exclusive by Werk. Their involvement in the series are covered as Acts.

I have played Act 1-3 years back... But i have not played Act4 yet, since... well... they were in the process of translating it... and.. the fact that i was too lazy to patch those existing bugs...
I have actually no idea anymore which version i downloaded months ago. I just remember that somewhere in the middle it just skipped parts of the storyline.
Was this released recently, is something new?
Oh well, i will just check this version out.
i think the patch is like 97% done, so you may see some bits and pieces in chapter 4 thats not completly right... but im not sure about it..

According to Aroduc, this is what's missing on the current patch:
Things to bug DZ (or some other exe hacker) to translate:
* Status effect descriptions
* Fight/Evade/Defend/Do Nothing messages on attack selection
* System messages
* Popups when hovering on title screen and over turn indicator on SLG
* Save info
Will probably never be translated because they're lame:
* Character/Music dictionaries

I'm not using this version, but you can always try Aroduc's patching instructions (http://bmw.seiha.org/viewtopic.php?t=234) to see if they fix your problem.
