Description

In year 200X, a black hole that would later be called "hellhole" appeared in the center of Japan. Shortly thereafter all contact between Japanese archipelago and the rest of the world got lost.

Giant crystal onyxes named "Crystal B" appeared. Contact with them increased human bodies "B power" and paranormal potential, "special student body" is used to describe those powers young people gained by this change. Emergence of such powers caused panic in the masses and a dark age of violence began.

A few years later a powerful organization appeared, gathering those with the "special student body" to form the nationwide "Students Union" to bring out Japan out of the dark. But the battle was just starting...

The current patch is roughly 50% complete, its basically only the dialog has been translated so far, as far as I've seen, not a single one of the buttons has been edited yet(because of that, it took me about 2-3 turns to figure out how turns even worked).

Ive only tested the second link for the 3.48gb torrent(and currently seeding). Im unsure of the others, and if your wondering why the 3.48gb version is so much bigger then the others, i dont honestly know. Some people commented on one of the threads about it being the reprinted version, but didnt see any differences. All i can say is that i got the english patch working on the 3.48gb version.

You can find working rapidshare links on this thread. This version of the game also works with the translation patch.

@sazabi: While i cant complete confirm this, if this game is anything like sengoku rance, and is being translated in the same manor. Chances are the first route will be almost completely translated(minus the buttons), and while a few character events might not be translated, you will probably be able to get through a complete playthrough.

@Shinto: The game is pretty similar to Sengoku rance, only that each turn is broken up into phases, instead of one big turn where you can screw around. It basically goes like this, first phase is exploration/events(1), second is character events(1), third is character deployment, and forth is attacking and counter attacking enemies with your deployed forces.

Once again i cant confirm for sure, but considering the main object of the main characters has to do with Kunagi(white haired girl), im gonna say the default route is hers. Though i will say theres a chance it might be Sanae(girl with glasses).

So anyone knows what the differences between the 3GB and 1.4GB one?

Finished it with the patch from April 17th. Apart from the fact that most of the interface isn't translated its pretty playable once you get the hang of it. Playing Kunagi's storyline I didn't find any essential story bits untranslated, and I think all her dialogue was done too. Same with Sanae's. But As far as I can tell there are only 2 major branches. Kunagi's side and Senna's. The others are minor variations in overall scenario. Basically if you play Kunagi's side now its pretty much a complete experience. Once in awhile I'd hit a side character's companion scene that wasn't translated but its still enoyable. Other heroine's companion scenes apart from those 2 are only partially translated so I haven't had a go at Senna's side of things yet.

Yeah i figured itd be something like that. I should probably mention that about a week ago about 10% more was completed of the translation. I believe it was mentioned though that save files might not be compatible.

I have been following the english translation of this game lately, waiting for it to be finished so i am quite surprised to find this game here now lol. Quite convinient for me, but even though i will start downloading now i will probably only play it when its fully translated or at least very close to that.

This may seem really early but has anyone been able to translate any of the SSG file for Spoiler AL or figured out how to cheat with cheat engine or art-money? ive tried but it never finds anything.

Why don't we all ditch bad antiviruses that can't distinguish a crack and/or a game executable from a virus/trojan? Then we would get rid of people asking the same thing everytime.

Been playing this the past couple days with the incomplete patch, damn addictive just like Sengoku Rance, also more difficult with the managing BP and loyalty & a set turn counter to complete each 'section' in.

1) I'm not even running a firewall. Just be selective in what you do on the computer. I don't bank here, I don't do anything important here. The most important thing I do on this connection is check my emails.

2) STARS, have you tried  repairing the .rar file or trying a download manager? If I get any internet tonight I'll do it for you though.

yeah i exstract in jap locale and yes i have tried a repair... its the .GA file that keeps breaking so if you just want to zip that file up by itself it would be helpfull no idea why im the only one getting this

hey all =D as you can see im a new member but i've been here for a while and decided to create an account to "teach" how to use cheat engine for bp or to lvl up some abilities so here i go if anyone doesn't understand please do ask =D



the BP part :
the only way that i discovered to hack the bp was to wait till we can ask for loans when you can do that just ask a lot of BP lets say 1000
search cheat engine 1000
go in game pay/ask more money lets say 1500
search 1500
now edit the value to -9000 for example
EDIT: then just go to the bs loaner and choose payup then you will have the money ^^

So in order for it not to reset to 0, we have to use negative #s? and id like to know atk hp etc, i cant get hardly anywhere so far. Ive had to restart 18 times already for different stupid game over tactics the game uses.

Im not sure a table would work, the stats arent always in the same place for some reason. Even if you move characters around the thing goes crazy and gives you like 8 digit #s and stuff. Ive tried Art Money and Cheat Engine but ive only been able to toy with EXP and HP. Id love to have BP and Stamina and maybe id be able to beat this annoyingly hard game lol.

if u fund hp just count some byets down and u get atk,hit and eva for example:
curent hp offset: 06538970
normal hp offset: 06538978

remember it`s just en example not the real offset the change every game

It's definetly harder than Sengoku Rance but not unmanagable... although I also died several times.
But much worse than dying in battle is the Time Limit <.<

Well i finally got SSG to work for character stats, but no matter what i do with BP it resets to 0. No matter if i do it before / after / during Upkeep phase.

Should i get the 1.5GB or the 3.5GB image? Any idea what is the difference?

More importantly, do they both work with the latest english patch?

I have the 1.84GB ISO and the patch is working with it.

BP is almost impossible to change, its got like a 1% chance to actually *take* and not reset. But if you use the SSG to put everyones cost to 0 and income to 99, u make BP insanely fast if you have alot of people. for XP, search the 1st # in the top, should be # / #. The 2nd # is XP Needed to level. then just up that to 900 or so and it should level up after every fight.

I did try what you said to and it always resets to 0, no matter what. Even if i find it and *Lock* the value, it resets to 0.

As for the SSG, you need to download SpoilerAL and use the SSG file from the wiki site. Its 99% in Japanese though but if you want i can take a screenshot of where the character stats are.

Yes a modified save game would come in handy tried the spolirAl but didn mangage to figure out how it works yet. If someone could show  how it works that would be nice.

1-take a loan
2-search the total of your debt
3-pay 100
4-search for total debt
5-change to -90000
6-go to pay full debt it should say (pay full debt -90000

It's nice not to cheat... makes me feel accomplished... like my first playthrough of FFVII done without walkthrough.... those were the days... but university has taken that from me so I enjoy games while cheating.

A bad bad guide made for myself, it doesn't tell you how to use access spoilerAL but it does point out some of the things it changes.
MaxBP does work as far as I'm concern, I guess I'll make a save later for those of you that are super lazy.  Don't complain about what the save gives you or doesn't.

Seipher's guide is much easier to read, but my guide also labels items so might as well... again made for me so it's not really presentable.

stuff in red is the important stuff, use character conversion to mess with character stats, and batch if you wanna max a bunch of character's stats at once.

under items... there's individual items and then there's the red option that gives all of them.  Checking them individually is probably better.

just copy the folder zip it and put it on mediafire, megaupload, hotfile , ect

just dump it into your save folder... it might overwrite something though but the save name system is easy to figure out so you could easily modify it.

Hmm... I don't have troubles even when I'm not running spoilerAL... if you moved both files in the rar into your save folder and then load save 1 (not 0)... it should work... unless it's save compatibility, did you replace 大番長DA.ald when installing?  If not, replace it or try messing around for a few turns to see if he's really gone, he should be there at the top of the list.

Just tried the save and it works fine for me. All 4 are there.

Well after messing around some more, SpoilerAL doesnt work if i mess with it :p heres a new SpoilerAL that has 2 pictures in it. One shows where Big Bang Age is in the SpoilerAL game list and the other is the translation of the character stats.

here's a new set of saves.  The first one is turn 3... and the second one is the 2nd turn of district.  I edited the district one using batch so there shouldn't be any problems.  This time I also made them strong against everything which only took 2 clicks... not that it matters when they're level 1000 =-=" but the fact that they're already over the max level worries me O.O... well tell me how it goes.

Only way i found to capture people was to use Sanae's Mercy Strike or whatever it is. You need to get the enemy really low hp without killing them. even if her attack is 999, it will take the enemy to 1 hp which seems to be 100% Capture, so long as that unit is captureable.

Capturing starts after you get a prison.
You get them on to low health without killing them and every turn your prison warden will come to you and you can choose to interrogate/recruit/release. I think interrogate rarely gives you an item, I think release gives you BP, and you usually have to recruit twice on the same person for them to join you.

ya, you do need them at low HP, as for capturing prisoners, basically bring them down to 1-5 hp or something like that... 1 hp = always capture unless the character cannot be captured.

interrogate, gives you a funny line, and occasionally an item but for the most part it's useless unless you're doing Vandain or w/e ... the magnet guy's recruitment... if you don't know, don't bother.

release, gives you bail in the form of BP... either recruit or release your generics every single turn, the BP is good income and the recruitment is better than wasting an event turn recruiting a character.

to capture someone, the best way is probably to use Sanae's gentle strike or Yuma's mercy strike.

When you tried to extract the patch and it said that then maybe you should try to download it again and see if that fixes the problem. If that doesnt work then you can open up the winrar program and under the tools section there is a repair archive function. Try that and if that doesnt work well...... I tried.

That's about all you can do unless you can find someone who'll upload a working patch for you. That's assuming the patch uploaded is corrupt.

Uhh. Have at least 1 strong person in each party, the rest you can just use for moves, or to level up for later. That's about all. Make sure to properly rest all your char after each battle.

Read like game mechanics section or something.

If you get a bit familiar with the game, just pick 1 strong person per team, and not that many additional characters.
Gives more exp to the strong person, so he/she/it levels faster, thus becoming stronger fast, thus making it easier to level better, etc.
although you have to take them of the team some time to let them regain their HP/Actions.
But as Tea said, reading the walkthrough-page for more than just the character-walkthroughs would prove quite informative.

Look at each character's income and upkeep costs and place them accordingly. Also build curry shops?

(cheat and max your DPs) is my recommendation, lol.

But mass producing curry shops is a good option too.

I am having some problem with SpoilerAl, I am not sure how to do. I get to the point when I can change characters stats etc, I press Max on for exampel Level, but what am I supossed to do after that? How do I "confirm" my choice beacuse nothing changes in-game. And it connects to the game cause it can see exactly what characters I have.

Question: I'ved cleared this game twice, but for some reason only my second run through character clears are showing up. Why?

I used the smaller version(1.8g) of this game with win7 x64 and the game freezes after an attack during combat(not a full freeze, gameplay freezes, music keeps going, menus work).  There seems to be no way around it, I've tried many possible solutions.  I've done some googling, it seems few others have similar issues too but no solution that I can find.  If anybody have any idea, that'll be awesome.  Thanks.

Current, I'm looking for the 3.48g version.  I'm guessing it is the "budget version" that got released more recently, hence it might have fixed this issue.  Does anybody still have that? 

just an update to my last post.  I eventually got my hands on the 3.48gig version of the game.  Somehow after I install it, the game no longer freezes during combat.  I uninstalled it and used the old versions, still no problem.  I have no idea what the issue was(or the difference between the versions of the game!).

Could be graphics, lacking a file, bad references. Any number of things really.

The most important thing to take away from this episode is your ability to now play the game.

So go finish it twice and then come back and tell me why some of my character clears aren't being passed onto my new game ++
