I thought some of you might be interested to know.

In my opinion, Kira Kira is the best among all H-games with official english release. So, of course, i buy this as soon as i find it.

And i am happy to report that the port to iphone is very good. Opening movie, voices, music, etc are all there. Nothing is cut. Also there are hide text, skip unread, skip read, message log, auto mode functions.

I assume sex scenes are removed, but i haven't played far enough to see what they replace them with.

this game looks alot like Edelweiss (character art wise) too bad its so bloody big :( itll take me a couple of days to get this

It's also from the same company as Edelweiss: Overdrive.

just finished it and im kind of dissapointed in all the routes but the Chie one.
The Kirara/true route was great till the whole ending thing really there was no need for all that depressing/twisted stuff.

Edelwiess is still the best in my book^^

I never managed to finish the game because I always got kinda bored after the school concert scene  :-\
How long did you take playing through the whole thing?

I love the Kirari normal end. One of the most powerful ending i ever seen.
I think the order you see the endings might be important. I recommend this order:
Kirari -> Kashi -> Chie -> True end.

Kirari first, because i feel it will have more impact if experienced first, before you get confused/spoiled by repeated playing. Chie last, because there is an important event that happened there which also happened in True end, but only mentioned in passing. So you are more likely to make the connection if it is fresh in your mind.

I love Kira Kira and Edelweiss. Can't wait for more stuff from overdrive.

Thanks for this release. Btw, I must say something about this game.

My first VN was Kanon and my second VN was this game. Both are verrry different. While kanon was to the point, this game has text which fills the CG art and that makes this game huge exactly because of the wordy descriptions. So, for people who don't like such games its better if you skip this one since you have to go through all 3 routes to get the real ending (for real ending in 4th playthrough select only kirari options)

I keep crashing after I hit 'Start.' The error message is trash, the most informative bit being the [data01xxx.arc : Main] bit. Here's a screenshot if that helps:

*UPDATE*

So it does not work in a VM with Windows XP and associated content... however it works flawlessly under wine. Thanks anywho.

Could anyone please upload the All-ages version of Kira Kira? MangaGamer has released it on Jan 31st.

The All Ages version had only removed the ero scenes and CGs,but the adult language and violent CGs don't be removed u_u
As so is not really a All Ages version u.u

Taking into account all the movies with violence and adult language that are rated as being 7+ or 13+, I guess that this isn't something to be admired about.

^true its technically not an anime... But i get this sense of similarity between the two... ... And personally I think that KiraKira is more interesting simply because theres a guy there mixing it out with the girls while cross dressed... ... .. huhuhu
