This patch for the trial edition of this Circus game has been out for a long time  but I don't think it's been posted here before and I'm not sure if a full patch is being worked on.  The trial game itself only takes about 30 minutes including teaser intro, movie, setting and character intros.
I'm fairly certain the patch only works with the trial edition and not with full game.  The patch was done by Insani--you can also go here for download of patch:

I'm pretty sure insani doesn't do full translations of commercial games (at least anymore - I think they might have done a couple) so there probably isn't going to be a full patch . Plus with Mangagamer's involvement with Circus they'd probably C&D or negotiate an end to future fan translations.
