i got no problem with it, 've got to do with it being blocked by ISP or at least FireWall or Antivirus or Internet setting or whatever i'd say

all of the dl links 're ad links (only after you click [skip] there that you get directed to download links)
the reason you get blocked from those ad links is most likely because of Antivirus, most of the time, those ad links get recognized as virus & what not, as a result, the connection get blocked
try disabling real-time protection of your software(s) or close it altogether when accessing those sites
