Unfortunately, no, but I tend to make backups of everything that I like until I no longer have any disk space and then I feel sorry for deleting anything. It's so bad that a friend with similar tastes in games has my entire PSX, PS2 and DreamCast folders on his computer.

Collecting, not much. It just happens when I think about getting it. But I like to have everything on it's proper place and with the correct folder name which I don't have the patience to do, so I only do it when I download a game.
