All games in this torrent are technically a repack - much smaller versions than the originals (untouched games are ~8gb). This was accomplished by decrypting the assets from original game exe and encoding .wav files into .ogg (the quality loss is neglible, cuts size of everything to half). Stock LivePlayer exe included can then load all the 'naked' game files in its directory. 7zip can compress much better too, as it can now see reused parts of files between games.
You can now play the H-movie .wmv files directly - but beware - a lot of "video" (short loops) is just picture CGs with game generated sound effects (you can tell from choppier animation). These are not stored as video files (*.gal gif-like format, you can use livenovel to get pngs from it). Probably the best way to get something useful with sound is to screen record the actual gameplay.
If you get an error on launch even if you have japanese system/app locale, it means you need to run the game through one of these:
