It is a troll game actually. Originally it was an April Fool's joke mini thing - but they went ahead and released this lol game. ...and now it's popular enough that they're even getting a drama cd with the seiyuu cast (minus one) that they joked about for you to imagine.
Most girls are just going crazy about it because it's an otome game - but in english fully patched.
