Black Bullet (ブラック・ブレット) is the light novel series written by Shiden Kanzaki (神崎紫電) and illustrated by Saki Ukai (鵜飼沙樹) with 7 volumes currently released.

Produced by Kinema Citrus, a 13-episode anime adaptation aired during the Spring 2014 season, covering Volumes 1-4.

Story Synopsis
A near future, where humans have been defeated by the viral parasites named Gastrea. They have been exiled into small territories and live in despair, side by side with terror.

In this world trapped in darkness—

Rentaro, a boy living near Tokyo and member of "Civil Security" – organizations specializing in fighting against the Gastrea – is accustomed to accomplishing dangerous tasks. hi! So I'm totally new to this site and all of its ways but how do download it? I can't seem to get redirected to site you're referring to It only leads to a chain of ads. I've read the comments and some of them mentions a torrent file, in which I cannot get my hands on. PLS Help! if only the light novel was available in my area, but it is not so can anyone tell me how am I going to be able to download this light novel????

It's marked as ongoing everywhere i check but we haven't gotten any news for like 3 years now.
Why isn't this listed as cancelled so i can let go of my hopes?

its not cancelled just the author has taken a break from this novel to work on another novel he has. Hence why ongoing apparently there has been some confirmation that he will be starting up again on this novel this year but i do not recall where i read that i will post link when i find

His twitter rumors at a hiatus. Due to the unexpected pressure from when the Anime aired, he basically shut down and lost the will to write.
