By definition, Kureha One itself isn't malicious, it doesn't even have ads on the forum itself.
The ads that Kureha One uses, 1 adfly link when you click a link leaving the site should technically be ok, but any user added ads after that is questionable as Kureha has no control over that.
While the use of adblockers are allowed, it is slowly killing the forum when people spread and advocate it. It's not like people donate and things like Patreon would drop us like a hot potato. K1 has only received one donation in the past 9 years. We've almost doubled the amount of visitors last year from the year before and is on track to tripling that this year, while ad revenue has dropped almost 80% lol.
Realistically though, this kind of thread is allowed, but not in the sharing section, it should be posted over in discussions.
