where is child manga/novel section child friendly

where can i find manga/novels for a child to enjoy learning to read. I cant find child section for children is suitable for 9 year old to read. nothing over rated child friendly section. he does not like to read but does enjoy nauroto stuff, pokemon stuff. can you please recommend some novels that are suitable for this age.
