it's the translator. i think it's there as a mark for when the chapter gets rechecked by an editor.
Early on his translations, the translator had to first send his translation to an editor befor posting it.
Then because of popular demand, he began posting the 'self-edited' version first, which was replaced by a 'cleaned' one a little later on.
But at some point the editing part of the process stopped, maybe there was no editor or tl's translation skill has improved. The last 'cleaned' chapter is ch113 which was posted this january, everything beyond that is marked as 'self-efited'.
Now that's why maybe those '(recheck)' are for an editor or the tl rechecks it himself later. This is just a guess btw.

Its not bad. The MC still seem a bit way too overpowered, but he's aware of his harem. Make for a good nice read, but don't expect anything deep from it.
